This page explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers pripton.com. Data that clients send us for labeling projects is handled under the agreement for that project, not under this page.
Who we are
Pripton Innovations provides data labeling and annotation services, with offices in Kolkata, India and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, write to contact@pripton.com.
What we collect
- Contact forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. With a message the website also tells us how you found it: the site that linked to you, the first page you opened, how many pages you viewed, and whether you used the assistant. These few facts are held in the page's memory during your visit, not in a cookie, and leave your browser only if you send a form.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- ProvenMe waitlist: your email address and the role you choose.
- Question assistant: your question is first matched against this website's own text inside your browser. To write some answers, the question and the matching passages of our website are sent to our AI service provider. We do not store your questions. Please do not type personal details into the assistant.
- Server logs: like every website, our hosting provider records technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information on this website. Please do not send it through the forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss your project.
- To send the newsletter or ProvenMe updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The website works without cookies. Analytics are loaded only if you accept them; if you decline, nothing is measured. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choice” link at the bottom of every page. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and is loaded when you scroll to it; Google may set its own cookies at that point.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the website for us: our hosting provider, our form and email delivery service, the AI service that writes the assistant's answers, and our analytics provider if you accept analytics. They may process data outside your country. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain our business records. Newsletter and waitlist addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Write to contact@pripton.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
